Custom fees
Orders outside of the EU may be subject to import fees by the destination customs. Find more information here.
Returns
All unused products can be returned within 30 days, excluding socks and the cleaning kit. You can choose between an exchange or refund.
Exchange: Need a different size or prefer another model? No problem — your first exchange is totally free.
Refund: If you request a refund to your original payment method, please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
