EXCHANGES & RETURNS

All unused products can be returned within a 45 day period excluding socks and the cleaning kit. You can choose between an exchange or a return.

+ FREE EXCHANGE

 To request an exchange you have to choose the 'Credit Store' option. The return shipping cost will be satisfied by SAYE.

Once we receive your package, we will issue a Credit Store Voucher for the amount you paid, which you can use to buy another product or the same one in another size. Your Credit Store Voucher does not expire.

+ REFUND

To request a refund you have to choose the 'Payment Method' option. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Additional taxes are not covered by SAYE.

If you purchased the product using a gift card, we'll issue a new one.

Once the return process starts it cannot be modified.

Please note all of the options above can only be processed as stated as long as the products are returned in the original condition and packaging, with no visible signs of use.

All return requests that are not shipped by the customer within 2 weeks after approval are subject to cancellation.
