All unused products can be returned within 30 days, except socks and cleaning kits.

Exchanges
You have 30 days to exchange your SAYE sneakers or clothing.
Once we receive your package, we'll process your exchange request. Please note that product availability is subject to stock at the time of processing, not at the time of request. If your first choice isn't available, our team will reach out — feel free to include a second option in the comments box when submitting your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your package, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional taxes are not covered by SAYE. If you paid with a gift card, we'll send you a new one.Please note that refunds are subject to a fee. For more information, visit our FAQs.

Store Credit
Prefer store credit? We'll issue a voucher for the full amount paid, sent to the email address used at checkout. Store credit is valid for 6 months.
Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by SAYE.
