START A RETURN

All unused products can be returned within a 45 day period excluding socks and cleaning kit. Feel free to choose between the following options: 

FREE EXCHANGE

The return shipping cost will be satisfied by SAYE.

Exchanges apply for different price items, however, all price differences will have to be covered before proceeding with the exchange.

Once we receive your package, we will proceed to fulfill your exchange request. Please take into consideration that the product you choose as an exchange is subject to availability at the time of processing, not at the time of request. In the event we don’t have your exchange choice available, our CC team will reach out to you. To speed up the process, feel free to include a second option in the comment box.

In case your new product choice is not listed in our options, please specify in the comment box.

REFUND

Upon package reception, refunds will be credited to the same account as the original purchase. Please note that the return shipping cost will be deducted from the available amount for refund. Additional taxes are not covered by SAYE.

If you purchased the product using a gift card, we'll issue a new one.

STORE CREDIT

The return shipping cost will be satisfied by SAYE.

SAYE will issue a Credit Store Voucher for the amount paid upon package reception to the same email account as the original purchase. Your Credit Store Voucher does not expire.

*If you have received an order by mistake or damaged products, please include details and photos in your request. Without these we will not be able to process your request successfully. If eligible, new shipping costs will be covered by SAYE.

Once the return process starts it cannot be modified. Please note all of the options above can only be processed as stated as long as the products are returned in the original condition and packaging, with no visible signs of use.

Please note that if the returned package is not sent within 45 days of the purchase, we'll proceed to close the case.
