VEGAN MATERIALS
- Upper: recycled vegan napa (GRS): 35% RPET, 11% polyester, 54% high-solid PU.
- Lining: recycled post-consumer PET (GRS): 50% RPET and 50% PES.
- Removable insole: 60% recycled PU foam from automotive leftovers and 40% PU foam.
- Outsole: natural 30% and synthetic 70% rubber mix.
- Laces: certified organic cotton.
- Reinforcements: 65% recycled thermoplastic and 35% wood chips.
- Packaging: recycled box and paper / plastic free & fully biodegradable bag.
Sneakers and packaging are carefully made in Portugal (EU).

PRODUCT CARE
Use a damp cloth to clean your sneakers. We do not recommend washing your SAYE in the washing machine. If you still do so, we are excluded from any liability.
FREE SHIPPING:
All orders over €110 include free worldwide express shipping with UPS (24 h-72 h). Transit time outside EU/US/CA areas may take 3-5 days more.
EXCHANGES:
You have up to 45 days to exchange your SAYE sneakers, clothing, caps and tote bags using Credit Store.
SAYE will cover return shipping fees, however shipping fees for the second delivery will be paid by the customer in case the order is not over €110.
Once we receive your package we will issue a Credit Store Voucher for the amount you paid, which you can use to buy another product or the same one in another size. Your Credit Store Voucher does not expire.
** In case you purchased any product with a discount, you may need to cover the difference in order to exchange the product for a new one.
Due to hygienic reasons, socks cannot be exchanged.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
You have up to 45 days to return any unused product excluding socks and cleaning kit. We will issue a prepaid return shipping label for your product, the amount of the shipping label will be deducted from the refunded amount.
** To request a return or a refund click on ‘MAKE A RETURN’ on the footer of our website and follow the instructions. When the Make a Return process begins, it cannot be modified.
Return shipping costs and additional taxes are not covered by SAYE.
CUSTOM FEES:
Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU/US/AU/NZ areas; in case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.
