SAYE is a young online sneaker brand born in Barcelona thanks to a successful crowdfunding campaign. Our goal is to serve you with cool sneakers and clothing that you will want to wear for years, while continuing to:

• Ease the change towards a more environmentally conscious lifestyle through our vegan & sustainable sneakers.

• Leading with fair working conditions, producing only in certified factories.

• Work against deforestation and empower local communities, planting 2 trees for each sale of sneakers.

PRODUCT CARE

Use a damp cloth to clean the tote bag. We do not recommend washing your SAYE Tote Bag in the washing machine. If you still do so, we are excluded from any liability.

Our goal is to make durable products that last a long time. Proper care will help maintain the longevity of your clothing! Since heat can damage the integrity of the fabric, we recommend line drying, as it is more gentle —and better for the environment!

FREE DELIVERY

All sneakers orders include free worldwide express shipping with UPS or DHL (24h - 72h).

Transit time outside EU/US/CA areas may take 3-5 days more.

RETURNS

All unused products can be returned within a 30 day period excluding socks and the cleaning kit. You can choose between an exchange or refund.

Exchange: Please note that the exchange has a fee. Please refer to FAQS to see the different rates.

Refund: The return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. For more information you can visit our exchanges and returns page.

CUSTOM FEES

Custom fees may apply to countries other than those included in EU/US/AU/NZ areas; in case they need to be satisfied upon delivery or return, those will be paid by the customer.
