MAIKY MAIK
Maiky Maik is a painter, muralist and illustrator from Zaragoza, Spain. He started drawing early on as a child, and he developed an interest for illustration that, step by step, led to painting. Maiky uses various formats and media, such as walls, fanzines, canvases, papers, and skateboards, to express his art.
His visual imagery is characterized mainly by portraying people, flowers, and animals, especially dogs and horses. Through his work, he shapes an intimate, emotional, and autobiographical reality using elements like humor, caricature, and fun.
For this collab, Maiky Maik let us capture the creative process of the painting he did for us. The elements that appear coexist in a minimalist space with a Mediterranean vibe.
